Confirmation

All tours are subject to weather conditions. A confirmation text will be sent to customers by 4:00 PM on the day before the tour. If you do not receive a text, please contact our office at 0437 333 539.

Booking in Advance

We operate seven days a week during the whale season (June to September). Holiday periods and weekends are especially popular, so we recommend booking well in advance.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can be purchased online only via our website.
• Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and may be extended at the discretion of Noosa Whale Watching Tours.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Safety & Weather Policy

• Marine weather conditions may change throughout the day or overnight. If a charter is canceled, we will notify you via text, phone, or email by 4:00 PM. Please ensure your phone is switched on.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility for them while on board.
